Bathroom Remodel 
 This is the original crappiness that the house came with. There was a leak in the toilet because it was loose. When we bought we told them it needed to be tightened and fixed and turns out the dumbass realtor just tightened it with a wrench till he cracked the porcelein. We should have asked for a few hundred just because he was a douche, but I figured we could fix it easy enough. 
 And this is the after product...a little rough, lacking final detail...but still much better. Planter Redux   Old planter is kinda hard to see. It was a couple courses of cinder block filled with concrete and topped with brick. They didn't run the block in a level plane though they just let it follow the ground, but not in a good way. It just looked cheap. It was also a bitch to break it out...took two days with a 10 lb sledge. 
 Looks ok I think. Not perfect, but good. You can see in this pic we also redid the garage doors and moulding around them since it was all rotted out. Windows were redone too, but we had someone do that. Fake Wardrive  The setup   |
